I like food, science and cooking.

I guess most people on the internet would refer to me as a “home-cook”. But that term feels a touch too American to me. I’m just someone who loves to cook… at home… Okay, maybe it does fit.

Anyway. The point is, I’m not a professional. Yes, I do have some cooking experience – I’ve been cooking “seriously” since the 2020 Covid lockdown, I’ve worked in a few professional kitchens, and I’ve even dabbled in creating cooking videos on YouTube.

But I’ve still got loads to learn.
